Eight major Dutch companies want to be sustainable leaders

The Dutch Sustainable Growth Coalition (DSGC) unites eight Dutch, internationally operating companies. The CEOs of these companies discovered a common motivation in 2012. They want to use their leadership to move towards a future-proof world and sustainable growth. The DSGC stimulates activities and international cooperation that contribute substantially to the realisation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in 2030.

Why Dutch Sustainable Growth Coalition?

The CEOs of AkzoNobel, dsm-firmenich, FrieslandCampina, Heineken, KLM, Philips, Shell and Unilever launched DSGC in early 2012, during the World Economic Forum in Davos. The knowledge and skills of their companies are all world-leading. With their large pool of qualified employees, their presence in almost every country in the world and their financial reserves, they can make a major contribution to the transition to a sustainable, circular and inclusive world.
